Earth Friendly Products gives $500,000 to charity

Earth Friendly Products, maker of green cleaning products, has contributed nearly $500,000 to a range of charities and not-for-profit organisations over the past year.

The money has helped fund environmental research programmes, educational programmes on the environment, and programmes promoting healthy lifestyles for children.

EFP has also helped fund several children’s hospitals, Cystic Fibrosis, the American Cancer Society, and various other charities which research cancer and support those with cancer.

Dr. Van Vlahakis, CEO and founder of Earth Friendly Products, said: “We support organisations and causes whose goals are aligned with Earth Friendly’s focus on environmental causes and healthy lifestyles.

"We are especially proud of our relationships with the hospitals and institutions that promote and sponsor research, like the Women’s Cancer Research Foundation, as well as the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, including Miami Children's Hospital and Seattle Children's Hospital, which are dedicated to excellence in children’s health and providing vital healthcare options for families regardless of their ability to pay.”
