Beyonce has been sharing some of the ways she lost nearly 60 pounds after giving birth to her daughter.
The singer told Shape magazine that breastfeeding really helped at first, and then diet and rehearsals helped lose the rest.
She said: “Believe me, I'm not a naturally thin person. I have to work for it."
"Breast-feeding took care of the first 30 pounds. I was amazed at how the weight just fell off of me. But I had to work very hard to lose the last 25 because I’d scheduled a show just three months after I gave birth. Let me tell you, I’ll never do that again!"
She says working out at the gym makes her bored, and she prefers rehearsals leading up to a tour to get her into shape.
