Anglian Water is encouraging its customers to save water by offering a free water saving kit.
As they say: "Anyone who loves water wants to do their bit to save it." That’s why the company has come up with Bits and Bobs.
You’ll find four free gifts in your Bits and Bobs box:
A "whatchamacallit"; actually an Ecobeta dual flush, reducing the water used with every flush by up to 50%.
A "shiny wotsit"; or a tap aerator that will save you 70% of water every time you turn on the tap.
A "circular gizmo"; aka the E.ON Showersave, delivering a most enjoyable shower whilst saving you up to £44 a year on your utility bills.
A "blue thingy"; It’s a free hosepipe gun - that’s blue.
Now don’t get angry with me. It’s Anglian Water who have thought up these "fun" names. All you have to do is not worry about the silliness and just get in touch with them.
If you live in the right postcode to qualify, not only will you get the free box of Bits and Bobs, but you’ll also get them fitted for free by a qualified member of the Anglian Water team (who knows? Maybe called Bob!) And while they're there, they’ll even give you a free leak check and advise you on how to get the best from your water supply.
Go on, give ‘whatsitsname’ a call.
