Coleen makes skin care a priority on the beachHolidaymakers have been encouraged to preserve their natural beauty by looking after their skin when they are lying on a beach.

Coleen Rooney, the wife of England and Manchester United footballer Wayne Rooney, said she is not too worried about getting wrinkles when she gets older.

However, she told the Mirror that she is becoming increasingly aware of the importance of skin care, particularly in hot and sunny weather.

"When I was younger I didn't think about it," the celebrity revealed.

"I still love lying on a beach, but now I'm all about the higher factors."

As well as helping her to look good, this should help reduce the likelihood of developing a serious illness.

Indeed, Indy Rihal of the British Skin Foundation recently warned that just one case of sunburn can "significantly" increase the chance of developing skin cancer.

Coleen also noted that her skin has become much drier since she became pregnant.

She revealed that she is therefore using more moisturiser on her skin and combating stretch marks by putting baby oil in her bath.
