Good skin doesn't always come from good genes, according to Lucy Godfrey of the Fashion Time Magazine.
The idea is to understand which type of skin you have in order to really find the right
natural beauty products to use.
Her first revelation is to avoid the sun, as it not only dries out skin but it also increases the possibility of wrinkles and further skin damage.
However, as many people love nothing more than to relax and sunbathe given half the chance, Ms Godfrey says to always wear high factor
natural sun care to filter out unwanted rays.
Oily skin can often be the most problematic for women but the best tip is to never skip moisturising as it can result in sore and dry patches. She recommends A'Kin's orange blossom and chamomile refreshing toner to revive and brighten the skin.
Skin is the body's biggest organ and taking care of it may require effort and hard work but, according to Ms Godfrey, the supermodel look is achievable.
