Natural skincare is the secret to Catherine McNeil's perfect complexion, the Australian model has revealed.

Talking to fashion Bible Vogue ahead of her photoshoot which will feature in the magazine in December 2009, the 20-year-old from Brisbane, Queensland explained she does not rely on chemical-filled products to achieve natural beauty.

She said her favourite natural skincare products contain "great stuff for the skin like tea tree, lavender, elderflower and avocado oils".

Girls who want to emulate Ms McNeil's smooth skin could try using Weleda's Aknedoron Cleansing Lotion, which contains lavender and is designed to deeply cleanse areas of problem skin in a gentle yet effective manner.

The model, who has appeared in campaigns for the likes of Christian Dior, Roberto Cavalli, Louis Vuitton and Yves Saint Laurent, added she prefers to keep her skincare regime simple.

"I just use face wash, moisturiser and toner, and that's pretty much it," she said.
