Do celebrity mums fib about how they lose weight?

Celebrity mothers have been accused of lying about how they get their bodies back after pregnancy.

Nicole Sullivan, an actress from Cougar Town, has singled out one of our favourite celebrity eco-mums, Jessica Alba.

Sullivan told US Weekly: “I would flip through celeb magazines… and I just couldn't get how these mums like Jessica Alba lost so much weight so quickly - and yet I couldn't.

“They all lie and say, '’Oh, I lost the weight running after the kids or breastfeeding.’ It's not true.”

According to the Mail, Jessica Alba, a huge fan of eco-living and organic baby products, told People last year that running around after a toddler helped her keep the weight off.

However she also admitted that she was getting help from a personal trainer.

What do you think? Should celebrities be more honest about how much effort is needed to lose weight after having children? Do they make the rest of us feel bad?
