Big plus = no plastic. The bag is natural and eco-friendly. I've only used it once, with half a sliced white loaf, and it was ok. I found that the bread stayed reasonably soft, though the crusts did get a bit hard. I'm not sure it would keep a whole loaf from going stale too quickly...
