I like this for lifting soap off the shower, but I find the construction of it really difficult to get clean, as visible black dirt (being somewhat of a scientist it makes me worth what it is) sits on the uneven surface. Have tried wiping and scrubbing, using a non-bleach hardcore spray to no avail. Have reluctantly gone back to my old, plastic soap dish, which is easy to clean

Quite a nifty little gadget. The soap doesn't get as soggy as it used to on a wooden dish. Easy to clean off and looks quite funky too. I'll probably buy some more of these to use with my soap bars in the shower.
