- The pads consist of a breathable waterproof outer layer, an absorbent middle layer of organic cotton terry and soft fleece closest to your skin to keep you dry. There’s a print on one side and natural colour on the other side.

Special tip: Place a wool nursing insert on the top of the nursing pad to keep your breasts warm and to prevent blocked milk ducts.
