Sustainability
We only work with brands that share our vision to make sustainable shopping the norm. That means eco-friendly, cruelty-free products that are as natural as possible and deliver on their promises. We have a long list of banned ingredients.
Of course, sustainability is about far more than just ingredients. We have a strict Supplier Code of Conduct and will want to chat about your supply chain, production processes, packaging materials, sustainability goals and so on.
Product fit
We want to help our customers on their journeys of discovery. So, if your range offers something new, innovative or exciting that our other products don’t, we’re all ears.
Our focus is on health & beauty, laundry and cleaning products. While we love indulging in an organic, fairtrade chocolate bar (or three) in our office, we’re not going to branch out into the food & drink market any time soon, or start selling clothing, home furnishings, toys and the like. We are happy to extend an existing category though.
What we can offer you
We were one of the first eco-retailers and have built a loyal customer base. (Just take a look at our TrustPilot reviews.) Your products could end up being sold in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and France, and delivered to a further 22 countries. We promote many of our brands through our social media channels and newsletter (which has 100,000 subscribers).
