No one likes to be kept waiting. We’ll send your order as soon as we can. In most cases, that means it’ll be on its way the same day (if you order before noon, Monday to Friday), or the next working day. During peak periods, such as sales promotions and public holidays, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Most UK mainland orders take two to three days to reach you after they’ve left our warehouse. Other locations can take longer, but you’ll be given an estimated delivery date when you check out.


UK Delivery Charges 

We offer a flat delivery fee of £4.95 and postage is free for orders over £50*. Your parcel will be delivered by DHL, and sent from our warehouse in Belgium. All of our UK deliveries are carbon neutral.

* After discounts have been applied, and not including shipping costs. Minimum order value of £29.95.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other islands
Your delivery charges are the same as for the rest of the UK. However, if you want us to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Shetland, please select ‘United Kingdom (Scottish Highlands)’ from the drop-down menu when you order. If the parcel is being sent to Northern Ireland, please select ‘United Kingdom (Northern Ireland)’.

Please select 'Other Islands' for Orkney (KW15-17), Outer Hebrides (HS), Isle of Arran (KA27), Isle of Cumbrae (KA28), Eigg, Rhum and Canna (PH42-44), Isles of Jura, Colonsay, Iona, Mull, Tiree and Coll (PA60-78), Isles of Bute, Islay and Gigha (PA42-48), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) and Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41).

We are currently unable to deliver to either Jersey or Guernsey.

Overseas Delivery

We’re happy to deliver to all the European countries listed below. We believe in fair postage costs, so we base the price on shipping fees and the number of items in your basket. To see the postage cost before you check out, please click on your basket and select your country from the drop-down menu.

Tracking your delivery

When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a notification email with a link to track the delivery. You can also track your order on the DHL tracking page.

DHL will let you know when they plan to deliver your parcel. We do recommend being in to receive the parcel, but you can arrange a redelivery if the date doesn’t suit.

Missed deliveries

The courier will attempt two deliveries. If no-one is in - and you haven’t contacted them to arrange re-delivery, your parcel will be sent to a ServicePoint. You’ll get an email when your box is ready to collect. Please take the email with you, along with photo ID (driving licence or passport) and a utility bill as proof of your address. If you haven’t collected your parcel within seven days, it’ll be returned to Big Green Smile.

Plastic free packaging

Our packaging is environmentally friendly. We reuse cardboard boxes to send out orders where possible (so you might not recognise the branding on the box). And your items will be protected with reused cardboard and recycled brown paper. It might not be poppable, but it is plastic free.

Carbon neutral deliveries

All our UK deliveries are carbon neutral, at no extra cost to you. Our courier company, DHL, is working to reduce its emissions. It also offsets any remaining transport emissions by investing in a range of community projects, such as wind farms in India and biogas projects in Vietnam.

Returns and refunds

You can return most faulty or unused items within 60 days for a refund.
