We’re sorry you’re not happy with your purchase. You can return most unused or faulty items within 60 days for an exchange or voucher code. 

Returns

Please note: We’re currently relocating our returns facility. If you need to return an item, please contact our team at [email protected] (within 60 days of purchase) and we’ll be happy to help.

If you wish to return an item, simply drop us an e-mail with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll be in touch. If items are faulty, a free returns label will be provided by our customer services team.  Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? No problem, you're welcome to return the products, however there will be no reimbursement for the shipping paid to return.

Returned items should be sent complete with their original packaging. If you’ve used the product and aren’t happy with it, or if you have changed your mind we will issue you a voucher code for the value paid (excluding shipping). However, if the item is faulty we will offer you a refund or replacement.

Please note, we cannot accept returns as a result of deliveries being delayed or late.

Parcel damaged during delivery? Please make sure you send photographs of the damaged box (including the shipping label) and the damaged items, so we can process a claim.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a replacement if the item is faulty. While we can’t exchange non-faulty items, we can offer you a voucher code.
