My autistic toddler hated using a normal toothbrush. Thought we'd try something different and it's a huge improvement -- he actuallty brushes his teeth on his own with this! (We also changed to a fruity rather than minty toothpaste.) Wish they made one of these for adults as it looks like it feels really good on the gums.
