The following terms and conditions apply:
- This competition is open to entrants aged 18 and over.
- Competition opens on 23rd June 2014 and closes on 21st July 2014.
- The £150 worth of Frugi clothing consists of three x £50 (Fifty Pound) Frugi gift vouchers.
- The gift vouchers can be used online or over the phone on 01326 572828. Simply pop your number into the basket if shopping online or tell us the magic numbers over the phone.
- Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.
- A gift voucher can be used across multiple orders. After each transaction the remaining balance of the gift voucher will be updated against the code detailed on the gift voucher.
- No change will be given.
- The gift vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date in which they are despatched.
- Please treat gift vouchers as cash items for security purposes as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- If you have made a payment with a gift voucher (in whole or in part) and you would like to return your purchase, please note that you will be refunded the amount paid by gift voucher in the form of a credit to your Frugi account.
- Frugi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, if required, and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the gift vouchers if deemed necessary.
