Have used this washing up liquid for years for a squeaky good clean, great for sinks and bathrooms too. I'm allergic to strong fragrance mixes present in many products but this ecover one is gentle and not given me any allergy problems.

We have been using Ecover Washing-up liquid for quite some time now. Usually from Tesco. But this time I thought why not get a refill and do something extra for the environment.
This washing-up liquid beats everything I have used before, including Fairy. I use a plastic measure spoon to measure oil for the bread dough. Any product I have used before it turned into an endless clean, rinse, clean, rinse and there was still oil residue. This, swig it a bit in washing up water, sponge, swig again and spoon is clean. That was what made me change to this product for good.

Hard to get excited about washing up liquid, and I don't think we've started on this one yet, but previous experience suggests that it seems to work ok as long as the water softener for the house is in good fettle. Not the cheapest on the shelf, but Ecover branding encourages the hope that it should be less damaging to the planet than average, not withstanding the increasingly shouty character of some of the stuff that comes down the email, and triggers a suspicion that the marketing department might be calling too many of the shots since you got taken over.

I buy this product because of its environmental credentials. It cleans well when used concentrated for the greasy frying pan or diluted in the washing-up bowl. My wife used it to clean fleeces prior to making her felt creations.

its a good washing up liquid, probably the best of the eco bunch I've tried two!( othe brand which smells nice but is a lot more 'watery').
i like the fact it isn't coloured and it has a pleasent fragance.

A good all round natural cleaner for pots and pans ect. Good at emulsifying fat and grease. Again has no affect on septic tanks whereas many other cleaners ect.,made by other companies, although claiming not to, do affect the natural operation of a tank.

I have never not used this product, I use it in the kitchen, I wash the floor of the garage with it and all my greenhouse is washed with it. A great product, if bubbles are essential to you to make you believe its doing its job then wash up by putting the liquid onto a sponge then wash.

We have used this soap for several years and prefer it to our previous brands as it deals with hand diswashing very well. Cooking utensils left to soak in very hot water with a squirt of ecover are easily cleaned after half an hour's soaking - no matter how burnt on food residues have become.

I've been using Ecover washing up liquid for over ten years now, and I wouldn't ever consider using anything else. It's very easy to rinse off, which is often not the case with other, non-eco brands, it is kind to sensitive hands and does a really good job. And because I use it so often, it is nice to know it doesn't take a toll on the environment!
