The sensitive formula of Ecover's fabric softener features a palm oil-free softening active, derived from European sourced rapeseed oil, which softens and helps care for your clothes.

How to use:

Store between 5°C and 25°C. Not suitable for silk. Don't use on flame-retardant textiles. Don't pour directly onto textile.

1 cap = 40ml

Standard load (4-5kg) Soft = 30ml. Extra-soft = 60mL (2 x 30ml)

I am VERY impressed, I didn't expect to be. Clothes smell really fresh and are soft. The smell is natural and non chemical. I measure the recommended 40ml and it is just right. I have probably wasted so much down the drain using too much of other products whilst harming the environment. Our soak away has no odours any more.

The clothes feel lovely having used this. The reason for four stars is because the aroma is very mild. I don't like the artificial smells associated with cleaning products and would prefer to have no smell than use them, it just would be nice for this product to have a little stronger aroma left on the clothes.

I use it every time I use my washing machine. It is lovely and easy to use. A capful in the relevant compartment in your washing machine. Everyone could use it but especially anyone who is in a hard water area which I am.

I have used the product for a number of years & really like it. The only bugbear I have is the packaging - although it is eco-friendly, it is a bit tricky to use the tap so I decant it into the 5l bottle that preceded this packaging & then decant that into a smaller bottle to keep by the washing machine. The tap bottle has to sit up high to get something under it to dispense & mine has to sit on the floor as I have no other room for it. I would prefer an eco plastic bottle personally.

I use the product in place of supermarket fabric softener due to someone with skin problems. This product is the only one I can use. I would recommend it to anyone for those purposes. Could make clothes feel a lot softer, also the smell is not that fresh, so you don't get that nice just washed aroma. However, I use it because I want everything I use to be biodegradable and free from nasty chemicals.

Until I found this product I have avoided the use of fabric softeners as I have sensitive skin and allergies but this one seems fine for me. It is very concentrated and I only use a very little so it lasts for ages. I love the smell and find it quite addictive! I use it on all my washing in cluding delicates and it works well. It is nice to feel I am using an environmentally product as well. I have bought a box which comes with a little tap so I can refill the bottle I keep by the washing machine and this makes it more economical and better for the environment.

I have used this product for quite a while now, even after trying other brands, I still come back to this. It has a very light and subtle fragrance and with the 5l bottles I can just top my original 1l bottle up saving on waste and cost. I find this fabric softener slightly more concentrated than some others I have tried, which makes it go further.
