Successfully use on psoriasis patches on legs (alternating with Dr Hauschka cream) and have just bought again for my husband who has developed dermatitis from using heavy-duty garage oil cleaner. Good but need to repeat application at least twice a day initially.

My skin has been ultra reactive all my life. This has overwhelmingly been the best cream for not only relief of symptoms, but has been completely successful for removing a very stubborn patch oy psoriasis from my calf area of my legs. As I have said on other Hopes reviews on this site patience is required, but you should see gradual improvements during regular useage.

Absorbs really easily, a little goes a long way, no unpleasant smell. Highly effective on soothing an irritating dry rash that appeared after covid. My shins are highly moisturised.
Super product, but rather expensive if you need to use it all over your body.

I really like this cream, but I feel like I have to apply it quite often. It smells amazing. I don't think it gets rid of eczema BUT it definitely keeps it at bay. I keep a tube of it in my desk at work and it's just nice to know I can used something that isn't full of damaging chemicals.

Used for my sons eczema as was recommended by his homeopath doctor. I'm sure it's working but it's still too early to say. However, I am happier for it as i don't have to use steroid creams anymore.

I apply it to areas of skin that suffers from dermatitis. It helps the skin to recover though it is not an instant cure. The cream is slightly coloured and this can leave a residue on clothing but it doesn't cause a permanent stain.
