How to use:
Peel the whitening strip from the backing. Apply the strip for the lower teeth first and then the one for the upper teeth. Press gently for a good fit. Fold the excess behind your teeth and press gently with your fingertips for 2 to 3 seconds. Wear the strips for at least 30 minutes. Remove them afterwards, throw them away and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
