This Works Products
- No This Works products or raw ingredients are tested on animals.
- All Skincare, Bath and Body formulations are free from mineral oils, synthetic fragrance or colour, petrochemical, GM ingredients and SLS
- This promote the use of sustainable sources of raw ingredients.
- Products are filled in the UK where the majority of their retail clients are based thus reducing transport impacts.
- This Works research and development department is continually trying to find ways to formulate safely, thoughtfully and honestly. Sourcing and testing are therefore time-consuming and labour intensive but always in the interest of maintaining the product excellence synonymous with This Works.
This Works packaging policy
Whereas many global skincare brands aim to maximise on visual appeal through packaging, often producing an unjustified excess per product, this works continues to strive to increase product marketability whilst reducing unnecessary surplus packaging.
- New suppliers have been sourced and have full FSC accreditation. All cartons from November 07 are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) approved, indicated by a logo on the packaging.
- This Works plastic bottles (including Muscle Therapy roller ball) are made of HDPE plastic and fully recyclable, as are their glass bottles.
- This Works airless pumps, bottle and cap section are made of PP plastic and recyclable, however the pump section is not. Currently there are no pumps (airless or lotion) on the market that can be recycled.
