How to use:

Test in an inconspicuous area first. Suitable for rinsable, treated surfaces: ceramic tiles, kitchen surfaces, floors and parquet. If in doubt, refer to manufacturers instructions.

Use 25ml in half a bucket of warm water (about 5L) and mop. For stubborn stains, use undiluted on a wet cloth and wash off. When undiluted product is spilled on the floor, wipe immediately.

Just started using and it will last us a long time so I can't fully comment, but after working out how to open the packaging and attach the tap (which you must order separately) when you first get a 15 litre container it seems to work very well and is economical in money and packaging so we are very pleased with the idea.

This is the first time I have used this product, and it seems to be good so far. My only concern is that I would like a clearer idea of what surfaces it might not be good for, as "hard surfaces" seems very general.

a bit too heavy, even the delivery man complained and the cardboard was a little damaged on arrival but not enough to warrant sending back.
Why don't you do the 5 L as with you other refills

I had to re-order this as had previously ordered the floor soap. It was my mistake but thought I could use it on my laminate floor - floor soap is only for real wood.

I would have liked to see a reminder with the blurb on this item that a tap is recommended and available for this size carton. I forgot that, didn't get the tap, and lost a substantial amount of my cleaner refill all over the floor as I was not on the ball when filling my daily use bottle.
