A powerful and effective solution from Ecozone in tablet form that sanitises and gives your appliances a one-off deep clean to rid build-ups of limescale, detergent liquids and powders that have become encrusted around the drum and in the pipework.

Two tablets needed for one treatment - suitable for both washing machines and dishwashers. Perfect for use in an inherited machine or for machines that haven’t been treated with a descaler for some time.

It is advisable to maintain up-keep with Ecozone’s Washing Machine & Dishwasher Cleaner every 1-3 months after a full service with this product.

To use: 

  • Washing machines - unwrap and use both tablets. Place both into the drum of the empty machine. Run a hot (60+) cycle without a prewash
  • Dishwashers - unwrap and use both tablets. Place both on the floor of the empty machine. run a hot (60+) cycle without a pre-rinse

I presume it works, but I can't see inside my washing machine. It's very expensive for what it is - each box contains two tablets for ONE use, so it's not something I will be using on a monthly basis. Ecozone used to sell a similar product which was much better value for money.. I used to buy this at John Lewis, but they no longer stock it,

This product is not that great, although I prefer to use it, once again, no irritating chemical aromas hanging around, a natural product. May be needs to be a little stronger to do a complete clean of washing machine.

This product cleaned the machine thoroughly, but didn't touch the rubber seal around the drum. It did get rid of lingering odours though.

Used this to give my washing machine a good clean out and it’s much better now. There had been a lingering smell which had now gone. Once my current powder and softener are used up I am going to move to an Eco egg and water softener only sonwill use this product again to clean out any build up first
