Works fine but it’s cheaper, quicker, and just as effective to use a fresh lemon! Less packaging involved in that too

Very pleased with the performance, and the price.
Much prefer to pour the contents of this sachet down the sink than my previous descaler.
Shame the foil sachets couldn't be recycled - or if they can the sachet gave no instructions as to how to dispose of them.
But overall, really chuffed with this product, I did have light scaling, and will review again after using the product on a relatives heavily scaled kettle down in hard-watered east anglia. Will be changing other products for mould&mildew and limesale to Ecozone ones. Amazing product range - check out their website if Ethical Supermarket and others don't stock everything.

I live in a hard water area so limescale builds up FAST. This removed the majority and I now use it as a top up descaler each month. There is still some stubborn build up but is good.

Disappointed. Had to use 2 sachets to clean the kettle and it still had limescale. We are in London so maybe very hard water. I would use again but the more synthetic ones do get the job done better.
