How to use:
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles and brush gently to remove plaque. Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening.

Recycling:
Use pliers to remove the bristles from the toothbrush head. Once the handle is free of bristles, it can go in the compost bin. The cardboard box and inner bag can be disposed of with paper waste.
