How to use:

Warm a small amount of this nourishing hand and foot balm between fingers and apply sparingly as needed. For headaches, tensions and general aches and pains, apply sparingly to temples, back of the neck, scalp and/or on sore muscles. Cup your hands over your mouth and nose to breathe in the organic peppermint aromatherapy.

Do not use on broken skin. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and nose (it’s minty!). Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from sunlight and store in a cool location.
