The pump seems sturdy and well made, but is a bit sticky and then suddenly fires the product (laundry detergent) out. Then drips a lot as soon as you remove your cup so it makes a mess. Maybe it worked better for their thicker old formula, but I’m finding it hard to use with the current batch, which is very runny. It’s a shame, because it would be very convenient if it worked better.

Awful product, the nozzle points out to far on the horizontal so the slightest press of of it sends fabric condition squirting everywhere apart from downwards which is where you need it to go.
Also it drips everywhere, wish I hadn’t wasted my money on it, sorry guys but it’s how I feel

I'm sure it works but not with the Ecover 5 ltr. washing up liquid. The same applies to the Ecover 5 ltr. lemon and ginger-grass refill container. In both cases the dosing pump caps were too small to fit the threads on the 5 ltr. containers. So don't waste your money.

Fits 5L bottles and makes dispensing easy. Some complain of leaks but this has never been a problem for me. Use on laundry liquids, ** cleaner, hand soap, shampoo and body wash.

We bought this for dispensing the large Bio-D surface cleaner into spray bottles. Good quality but be warned, it drips.
