Avocado oil is is rich in Vitamin C, A, B6, Magnesium, as well as Lecithin and Potassium. It penetrates easily and deeply into the skin. It helps with skin regeneration and hydration  making it perfect for dry mature skin types, sun damaged skin and for those suffering from Eczema or Psoriasis. Avocado oil increases elasticity of the skin as it contains collagen supporting amino acids and proteins. 

It can also be taken internally and can be used as a cooking oil due to it's high smoke point, which prevents free radicals. Avocado oil has a high smoke point of 500 degrees, which means it is safe to cook with at very high temperatures.
