Excellent soil-association approved organic tea tree oil. I use it neat on spots etc (yes I know you're not supposed to but it hasn't done me any harm) and it clears them within a few hours. I also add it to my body cream after shaving and my face cream after waxing and it seems to completely eradicate any possible infection.
