Earth Friendly Products, maker of award-winning eco-friendly cleaning products, has officially opened a new facility at Lacey in Washington.

A "green carpet event" and ribbon cutting took place on September 30, followed by tours of the new plant for federal, state and local government officials. And after the tour, they all had lunch!

Earth Friendly Products now has five manufacturing facilities across America where it makes more than 150 all-natural, environmentally-friendly cleaning products, many of which are available here at BigGreenSmile.

We don’t have the full set of 150 products, but we do have 37, including EFP’s ECOS laundry products, rated as the "number 1 selling green laundry detergent in the world" and the company’s Wave dishwasher gel, which is plant-based and 100% biodegradable.

Then there’s Dishmate for hand dishwashing and EFP’s "you’ve got to smell it to believe it!" Parsley Plus Cleaner. I’ve smelled it. It smells of parsley.

Congratulations EFP on the opening of your fifth plant. We hope your honoured guests enjoyed the lunch... but stayed clear of the parsley dressing.
