Method, maker of eco-friendly cleaning products, has scooped its second Gold Award in a row at The House Beautiful Awards 2011.

In 2010 the company won Gold in the "Best Cleaning Product" category for its All Purpose Spray and this year Method won Gold again for its Dish Pump Washing Up Liquid.

The awards ceremony took place at the Freemason’s Hall in London, one of England’s finest art deco buildings.

The editor of House Beautiful, Julia Goodwin, said of the awards: "In tough economic times quality and value are vitally important in making good products and services stand out from the rest of the crowd. The House Beautiful Awards recognises excellence ­– pointing consumers towards the best of the best."
