E-cloth and Method shortlisted at the Grocer Gold Awards 2011

Two of BigGreenSmile’s favourite cleaning products, e-cloth and method, have been shortlisted at the Grocer Gold Awards 2011.

And I know what you’re thinking. Well, I know what I thought: "Grocery awards? e-cloths? They’re good, but I wouldn’t want to eat one." Well, don’t worry (oh, you weren’t. Just me), they were nominated in the Non-Food Brand category.

E-cloth’s range give you perfect cleaning without the need for nasty chemicals. Thanks to their 480,000 strands per square centimetre (each fibre 1/100th the width of a human hair) all you’ll need to keep the house clean is an e-cloth and a little water.

Method cleaning products are harmless to people and the environment, all made without any animal testing, and "clean like heck and smell like heaven".

On the night of the awards both e-cloth and method lost out, sadly, to the higher case Tesco Mobile. As for Deep Freeze... I think it’s a spray for sport injuries, that also, incidentally, tastes great on toast.*

*Not really. Don’t try this at home.
