We were excited when we heard about Cath Kidston's new range of non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning and laundry products - the Washing Line range and the Rose collection.

Call us easily impressed if you want but we really like it when well known names - and she's been going strong for 15 years now - make something that fits in beautifully with our values.

Of course, Cath Kidston has been an environmental warrior for some time. Remember the re-usable bags she did for Tesco last year? Well they raised £450,000 for the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity.

So when a woman with credentials like that gets into our business we want to know more. None of the products contains nasties like parabens, sulphates, artificial colours or any animal products. And as we said above they are non-toxic and biodegradable too, so unlike some of the stuff you can buy from a supermarket they won't be poisoning your family or the water supply.
