Balm Balm found her question about product sizes soon turned to a discussion about aroma.
The customer called up to see if bigger pots of product are available, a post on the
Balm Balm blog explains.
She may have timed her query well, as
Balm Balm revealed earlier this month plans to work on professional sizes of many of its
natural skin care products for use in salons and spas.
However, she also said that she had difficulty finding
natural beauty products with fragrance that do not irritate her sensitive skin.
Balm Balm is now trying to help by adding essential oils to some unfragranced formulations to create an all-natural scented skin care product especially for her.
Another customer mistakenly charged half the usual price for her
natural beauty purchases proved particularly honest when she called the company to let them know she had been charged in error.
When she phoned to point out their mistake, the unnamed honest customer actually increased the size of her order, the post on the
Balm Balm blog reveals.
