Balm Balm has been named as the "best for being 100 per cent organic" in recognition of the commitment to natural beauty in its multi-purpose lip balm.

The accolade comes in a feature in DARE2 Magazine, which lists what it believes are the best lip balms for the summer months.

Among them is Balm Balm and, in particular, its tea tree lip balm, the natural beauty option alongside some praised for their kindness to sensitive skin or their sun protection.

The feature also singles out Burt's Bees for a positive mention, thanks to its Rhubarb Lip Shimmer product.

Although the brand is also committed to natural cosmetics, in this instance the praise is due to the little added colour that the balm provides when applied to the lips.

Besides rhubarb, other colours of Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer that are available to choose from include caramel, champagne, guava, nutmeg and watermelon.
