Natural beauty products can be the perfect solution for maintaining a healthy complexion in the midst of a busy schedule.

This is the view of lifestyle correspondent Leisa Naples, who wrote in a column for the Huffington Post saying that as a mother of four children who runs two businesses, she has little time to make herself look glamorous in the morning.

Consequently, the writer explained that she turns to her favourite natural beauty products when she needs to get ready in a hurry.

She went on to comment that natural beauty brands are the only ones which she will trust, rather than chemical-based goods.

"I never put anything inside or on my body that has preservatives, dyes or harsh chemicals," Ms Naples said. "After all, the skin is the largest organ of our body."

Her comments come after natural skin care expert Melanie Simon urged people to keep themselves well hydrated if they wish to have a youthful complexion.
