WeledaWeleda's Massage Balm with Arnica is a great solution to muscular aches and pains, according to Cosmetic NewsPortal.

If applied in a warm-up massage before a training session or physical activity, the balm will prepare the muscles for the task ahead.

It can also be used afterwards during a rubdown after strenuous activity and the cosmetic news provider claims that the product will help the body to relax and rid itself of lactic acid and other chemicals that can cause stiffness or cramp.

Weleda uses arnica as a natural anti-inflammatory valued for its ability to release aching, knotted muscles. The addition of organically sourced rosemary, silver birch and lavender allows the natural beauty product to invigorate, sooth and relax, according to Cosmetic NewsPortal.

This massage oil has been Weleda's all-time top-selling natural remedy since the company's inception in the 1920s.

Amateur running enthusiast Darren Spooner said: "After overindulging at Christmas, getting into shape for the marathon was certainly a great challenge. When I started training, I must have been leaving a trail of mince pies in my wake. Massage Balm is my must-have."
